We are currently offering professional level classes for members and mixed level classes for adult community.
Drop ins are welcome for a suggested donation of $10 for virtual classes or $15 for in-person classes
These classes are free/donation based offering of the Isthmus Dance Collective - part of our mission to enrich our community through dance. Donations are accepted through PayPal, Venmo, personal check, or cash in the basket.
Wednesday Evening Mixed-Level Adult Class
Global Rotation
Wednesday 6PM Central

Class varies between contemporary dance forms with grounding in global dance techniques
taught by IDC collective members on rotation
Aimed at adult students who are returning to dance after a break, adult professional movement artists with varying dance training, and dancers looking to train in a different form.

Odyssey Fusion with Raka Bandyo
Mondays at 7pm Central
$15 suggested donation
Let’s join together to reconnect with breath, movement, and sound. Inspired by Sun and Moon salutations, Odissi dance, Qigong, and Vedic Mantra, IDC member Raka Bandyo hosts our new space so we can open our hearts and have greater access to the focus and divine bliss found within.
You may want to bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable layers with leggings that gather at the ankles.

A combination of partner yoga, fascial release, pilates, and ashiatsu partner massage

$15 suggested donation
Intermediate/Advanced Ballet technique
taught by IDC collective members on rotation
Aimed at IDC members and guests who have completed a minimum of two years of beginner level classes or have previous ballet experience. Students should have a clear understanding of ballet terminology and basic technique.
